We are a Polish/lrish company specializing in the factory construction and on site erection of passive and low emmisivity modular homes and extensions for the lrish market, both residential and commercial.
Our goal is to supply a unique, project managed package, to include all aspects of the job, from drawing to turn key.

We will provide a bundle from our factory in Poland, comprising of structure, electrics, plumbing, heating choice, glazing, doors, fixtures, fittings and even tiles, all chosen by the client from our website.
We will ship the bundle and fitting crew to lreland and have the project completed in a fraction of the time of a conventional build, thus saving the client time and money.

ENERGY EFFICIENT HOMES

We produce passive and low emmisivity, modular homes, comprising of construction timber KVH.
Special ceilings afford comfort of step and are insulated against foot fall noise in lower rooms.
We provide a minimum of 250 mm of insulation that ensures energy efficiency to your home.The thermal insulation ratio is 0.095W/(m2xK), resulting in lower heating bills and higher ambient room temperatures.
